Possible HBP filming locations in Scotland
An article has appeared online discussing the possibility of filming some scenes for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie in Scotland. One of the possible locations mentioned was Cape Wrath (for the Cave chapter). You can read all about it here.
The main locations she checked out were:
• Smoo Cave, near Durness, which is 200ft long, 130ft wide, and 50ft tall at its entrance;
• Clo Mor, near Cape Wrath, which at 921ft, are the highest cliffs on the UK mainland;
• The arches under Cape Wrath, which contain a string of long caves;
• Stac Clo Kearvaig, a tower of rock that rises 130ft above the waves near Cape Wrath;
• The cave at the Whaligoe Steps, which lies in a bay enclosed by two large sea cliffs.
The locations are thought to be in competition with similar settings in the Leinster and Munster provinces of Ireland, and with New Zealand, where Lord Of The Rings was filmed.

The Trio featured in Teen Vogue magazine
Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint are featured in the June/July issue of Teen Vogue magazine. The actors talk about Order of the Phoenix movie, their roles. The article also includes some great photos. You can view the scans here.
"With this one, it's like everything has come together. It's been my favorite one to do. The character is so exciting in this film. He's so complex. When you're eleven, you're not that complicated. You know what you like and what you don't like, and you know what you want to do and what you don't. But as you get older, there's so much more. You're constantly subjected to this whole cacophony of conflicting thoughts. And I've been able to use that, I hope, to capture some of the detail and complexity of Harry," said Daniel Radcliffe.
